Service and Technical Support Department was created to cover installations, warranty and post-warranty service and to provide ongoing technical support for machines and equipment offered by SCORPIO.
Our technical specialists have many years of experience and a broad technical knowledge evidenced by numerous certificates, obtained during manufacturer trainings. A high standard of service and technical support has been confirmed by a Quality Management System certificate complied with ISO 9001:2008.
The core of the Service Department are employees with solid technical background and knowledge of foreign languages. The activities of our technical support staff is recognised by our clients as with: high flexibility, adaptation to existing situations, good manners and the ability to talk and listen to our customers.
Service Department owns all necessary tools to diagnose or control a servicing machine / equipment. Our staff have the ability to react fast as they are provided with an independent transport and laptops with a 24h internet connection. If it’s necessary, SCORPIO provides service with a mechanical and electronic workshop as well.
